A Gala night held in Sydney

A gala night and awards ceremony organized by Campbelltown Eagles Sports (CES) was held in Sydney with the participation of expatriate sports enthusiasts.

The event, held at 6:30 pm on Thursday at Minto's 'Zamidar Bari Restaurant', included a celebration of sporting achievements, prize distribution, dinner and community networking.

The club's vice-president, Md, inaugurated the program. Shafiqul Islam. Club president Mohammad Rezaul Islam Majumder (Pulk) and vice-president Shafiq presented the prizes to the winners. Director Fahim Hashem and treasurer Moin Ahmed assisted.

Later, Campbelltown City Councilor Masud Chowdhury, Councilor Ashikur Rahman Ash, former national cricketer and club ambassador Imrul Kayes, actor Majnun Mizan, journalist Naeem Abdullah, and others joined the program.

Club General Secretary Mehdi Khan highlighted the club's goals, achievements, and plans and expressed gratitude to sponsor Sadiq Karim (Rain & Horn Bardia).

The awardees are— Badminton Cup Champion: Bade Miya Chote Miya (Hamza and Shadiq), Runner-Up: Goosebumps (Shafiul and Tanvir)

Badminton Plate Champion: TNT (Tahmid and Tauhid), Runner-Up: Shuttle Stallions (Kabir and Kanak), Cricket Champion: Eagles Red

Runner-Up: Eagles Blue. Community leaders and Imrul Kayes presented the trophy. The speakers praised the social role of Campbelltown Eagles Sports and its contribution to the spread of sports.
