The annual event 'BRC Gala Night 2025', organized by the Bangladeshi Realtors in Canada (BRC), an organization of Bangladeshi realtors in Canada, was recently held grandly at the Brighton Convention Centre in Toronto.
A large number of guests, including the city's invited dignitaries and realtors' families, participated in this gala night. The entire event became lively with chats, dancing, singing, and mutual exchange of cordiality.
The event began with the rendition of the national anthems of Bangladesh and Canada. Special guests were Dolly Begum, MPP of Bangladeshi origin for the Scarborough Southwest constituency in the Ontario Provincial Parliament, and City Councillor Parthi Kandivel.
The convener of the organization, Realtor Monir Islam, gave the welcome speech. Shan Dey, one of the BRC officials, introduced the former directors and the new directors. Wali Islam presented the details of the BRC scholarship program and later, the directors handed over the scholarships to the winners. Popular presenter Ajanta Chowdhury hosted the entire program.
MPP Dolly Begum, in her speech, praised the professionalism of Bangladeshi realtors and their important role in the Canadian real estate market. She said that Bangladeshi-Canadian realtors are making an important contribution to establishing the community in the mainstream, in addition to business.
Convener Monir Islam said, "BRC represents Bangladeshi realtors in the community and mainstream Canada. They conduct their business with utmost professionalism and at the same time work to protect the interests of realtors and home buyers."
