Prayers for Khaleda Zia's recovery in Malaysia

A special prayer meeting has been held in Malaysia to pray for the recovery of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, who is undergoing treatment at the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) of Evercare Hospital in the capital under the supervision of specialist doctors.

The prayer meeting was held at Surau Baitul Mukarram, Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur, after Juma prayers on Friday (November 28) at the initiative of Malaysia BNP and its affiliates. The prayers and munajat were led by Hafiz Maulana Ikramul Haque, the Khatib of Surau Baitul Mukarram.

Present at the prayer mahfil were - Malaysia BNP's founding general secretary and current vice president Talha Mahmud, vice president Dr. S. M. Rahman Tonu, joint general secretary Kazi Salahuddin, Dhaka Metropolitan Sutrapur Thana BNP joint convener Farid Ahmed, Sumon Chowdhury Mizan, Abul Bashar Akon, Md. Kamal Hossain, Eng. Shahjalal, Md. Jahangir Sardar, Md. Sumon, MD. Humayun, Jasim Uddin, Al Imran, Shahin Alam, Md. Ripon, Azizur Rahman, Rafiq Sarkar, Mizan Majumder, Md. Islam and others.
