A solo exhibition of expatriate artist Rawnaq Khan will be held in Canada on April 27. The exhibition will run from 10 am to 4 pm at the Genesis Centre in Calgary, Canada.
Rawnaq Khan is a special needs artist. He was born in Montreal in November 2001 and moved to Calgary with his parents in 2005. After graduating from Nelson Mandela High School, he completed several courses at Mount Royal University. Currently, he is participating in a program at the Springboard Centre.
Raonak is particularly interested in sketching, watercolor, acrylic, and oil painting. His unique expression of art can be seen on his personal website www.raonak.ca. The website features his paintings in four mediums.
Alberta Government MLA Erfan Sabir will be present at Rawnaq Khan's solo exhibition on April 27. Prominent figures from the expatriate Bangladeshi community living in Calgary will also be present.
