Concert in Toronto for Bangladesh flood victims

Various band groups in Toronto, Canada have organized a concert to collect money to help the flood victims of Bangladesh. The concert will be held on September 14 at St. Patrick's Secondary School Auditorium, 49 Falstead Ave. 

Organizers said all proceeds from ticket sales will go to flood victims in Bangladesh. They announced details of the concert at a press conference held at the Undal Restaurant in Toronto's Bangla Town Danforth on Sunday evening local time. 

The organizers said that they organized this concert collectively because of their commitment to the country and the people of the country as artists. All artists and instrumentalists participating in this great initiative are participating free of charge.

Danforth Sound will provide and control its sound system completely free of charge. Besides, the hall rent and all incidental expenses will be borne by the officials of the organizing organization. All money from ticket sales will be sent to Bangladesh. 

According to the organizers, tickets for the concert are set at $20, but anyone can pay more or donate through the concert. 

Chandan & Friends of Winnings fame, Lumin of Feedback, band group Ashikuzzaman Tullur's The Ashes, Yantrik, Byra, Manush, and Band Four will take part in the concert. 

Organizers include- Bangladesh Bands Association of Canada, Mixtape, Parampara Canada, Amekin Entertainment, MNC Entertainment, Red Ant Media, Bangladesh Rockfest Inc., Mac Entertainment, Shehnai Entertainment, Sound of Music, Tanisha Entertainment, Anandhara Perfume Arts Inc., Our Yard, BD Sourcing Inc., Test of Bangladesh, BDCN.

Rinko delivered the keynote speech at the press conference—Artists Chandan, Ashikuzzaman Tulu, Lumin, Tapu, Riyad, and organizer Sabuj Chowdhury among others.

Organizers are urging everyone to support Bangladesh flood victims by buying concert tickets and making donations.
