Nagar Baul James has captivated Los Angeles, USA, with his guitar melodies, magical voice, and touched the hearts of the audience. His magical presence was on the last day of the two-day Bangladesh Mela organized by the Bangladeshi community. The fair concluded on Sunday (June 29) with an open concert.
As the Hollywood sky was filled with colorful lights, the announcement of Mahfuz Anam James' arrival on stage was made. The entire event instantly became exciting. The audience erupted in cheers of 'Love You Guru'.
James performed his timeless songs. Sometimes they contain love, sometimes social reality, and sometimes expressions of grief and intense emotions. The audience, fascinated by the rhythm of the songs, danced and sang along. This rock madness lasted until midnight.
Thousands of people gathered at the concert venue, Virgil Middle School in Los Angeles, from the afternoon to catch a glimpse of and listen to their favorite artist. The last day of the fair practically turned into a festival of Bangladeshi rock music legends.
The organizers have set an exceptional example by opening the concert completely free to the audience. Earlier, on the first day of the fair, the popular band 'Miles', the local music group 'Uttaran Shilpi Gosthi', mime artists, and other performers took the stage. All in all, the Bangladesh Mela became an extraordinary cultural gathering.
