A unique dance performance, highlighting the diversity and contribution of the country's six seasons to art and literature, has captivated local Germans, including expatriates from all walks of life.

The event, titled "Colors of Six Seasons," was organized by the Bengali Cultural Forum, a social and cultural organization of expatriates, at the Haus der Ugende in Mitte, Berlin, Germany. Dancer and former student of Chhayanaut Aditi Gupta and her daughter Putul performed various dance forms, including poet Rabindranath Tagore's Ritu Vandana and Geetana.

Artist Aditi Gupta, daughter of late journalist Santosh Gupta, enthralled the invited audience with Bharata, Manipuri, and classical dances on an evening filled with the Vandana of the six seasons.

The organizers said that they are very happy to showcase the country's current art and culture to the expatriates both at home and abroad.

Expatriate spectators at the dance performance noted that if such artistic practices continue regularly in foreign lands, not only will the new generation of expatriates benefit, but it will also contribute positively to the country's image abroad.
