Four people, including three Bangladeshis, have been killed in a tragic road accident in New York, USA.

The accident occurred on Monday night (April 6) local time on the way from the Bronx, New York, to Albany.

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office said two vehicles collided head-on on Spook Rock Road in the Claverack area, killing 29-year-old Nazmul Rubel, his father Hiramoni, and a friend of Rubel's.

Ratna, 33, and her one-year-old daughter were seriously injured in the incident. They have been admitted to Albany Hospital. Doctors said their condition is critical.

The village home of the deceased and injured is in Muradnagar Upazila of Comilla.

Meanwhile, a 62-year-old woman in the other car was also killed in the accident, authorities said.
