Bangladeshi citizen killed in drone attack in the UAE

A Bangladeshi national named Saleh Ahmed has been killed in a drone strike in the United Arab Emirates, the country's Defense Ministry has announced. 

He died in an explosion while leaving for work after Iftar on Saturday evening.

Saleh Ahmed worked as a deliveryman in the Ajman province of the United Arab Emirates. His home was in Barelekha Upazila of Moulvibazar.

At least three people have been killed in the United Arab Emirates since Iran launched retaliatory strikes in the Gulf region in response to US and Israeli strikes, authorities in the United Arab Emirates said. They included a Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Nepali nationals. At least 58 people were injured in the attacks.
