Protest rally in Paris demanding justice for the murder of martyr Osman Hadi

A protest rally has been held in the French capital, Paris, demanding justice for the murder of Shahid Sharif Osman Hadi, one of the faces of the July Revolution and the spokesman for the Inqilab Manch.

The rally was held at 6 pm on Monday (December 22) at the city's historic Place de la République, organized by the Diaspora Alliance France branch of the National Citizens Party (NCP).

The rally was presided over by Chowdhury Mohammad Iftesham, convener of the NCP Diaspora Alliance France branch. The meeting was conducted by the organization's member secretary Md. Safwat Hossain (Rabbi Raj). The speakers at the rally called for the immediate implementation of the three-point demands announced by the Inqilab Manch. They demanded the immediate arrest and trial of the killers of Shaheed Osman Hadir.

Joint convener Monowar Patwari said, "Martyr Hadi is an inspiration in the struggle for independence. He will show us the way against hegemony for ages."

In his speech as president, Chowdhury Mohammad Iftesham said, "As the successors of Shaheed Hadi, we will maintain the continuity of the struggle at home and abroad. The activities of the Inqilab Mancha must be further expanded."

The rally was attended by people from different walks of life, including students, professionals, artists, freedom fighters and journalists from the Bangladeshi community living in France. The speakers said that various people active in the country and abroad are creating different stories and dramas to protect the killers of Shaheed Hadi. The people and the July fighters will resist these conspiracies.

Besides, researchers Ishtiaq Aqib, Masruk Ahmed, Rezwan Himel, Shahparan Shakil, Shakib Hossain Ibn, Mazharul Haque Talukder, and activist Mohammad Hizbullah were present at the rally. After the rally, special prayers and supplications were held for the forgiveness of the soul of Shaheed Sharif Osman bin Hadi.
